Equipments Composition and Characteristics in Scrap Steel Crushing Line
The scrap steel crushing line is designed for the processing of scrap car bodies, tinplate, discarded appliances, bicycles, refrigerators, steel tile, metal cans and other metal scrap. This line has the features of high grinding efficiency, uniform discharging particles with lumpy shapes. It is easy to transport, also enhance the dissolution rate.
The equipments include parallel bale opener, roller sorting machine, label removing system, sorting table, crusher, screw feeder, friction washing machine, Float washing tank, dewatering machine, drying system, control system and auxiliary equipments.
Parallel bale opener can process the PET bottle packages from 100~600kg, more safety.
Roller sorting machine: separate the impurities out from the PET bottles, such as metal, sand, etc.
Label removing system: use the gearshape blades to peel off the labels from the bottles body, removing ratio>98%.
Sorting table: detect metal automatically for crusher protection, and separate the PVC bottles out manually after a UV-detect device.
Crusher: the blades are made of SKD-II, wearable and long life.
Screw feeder: spiral convey and wash the PET flakes by the friction force in the special structure.
Friction washing machine: three friction force here for washing during the high speed rotating: rotor and flakes, steel sieve with flakes, flakes and flakes.
Float washing tank: keep washing the materials continuously, subside the PET flakes, float and push out the labels, caps and rings.
Dewatering machine: dewater the flakes by the rotor with high rotary speed, humidity ratio<2%.
Drying system: adopt electricity heating and blower for drying the flakes, humidity ratio<1%.
Control system: use SUZHOU SIEMENS and China famous electrical parts, as well as ABB inverter for main units.
