1. Working principle:
The material is squeezed, sheared and ground by the rotation of the spiral blade. The motor drives the spiral shaft to rotate through the transmission device, and the blades on the spiral shaft push the material forward. During the advancement process, the material is subjected to shearing and extrusion forces between the spiral blade and the inner wall of the chamber or the fixed knife, and is gradually crushed and refined. At the same time, the relative movement of the spiral shaft and the liner of some models will also produce a grinding effect to further crush the material.
2. Structural composition
Spiral shaft: There are spiral blades on the main shaft, which can be single or double spirals. The blade edges are designed to be serrated or blade-like. The pitch and speed affect the material advancement speed and crushing strength.
Crushing chamber: The inner wall of the chamber may be provided with a liner or fixed knife, which cooperates with the spiral blade to form a shearing zone.
Screen: Some models are equipped with a screen at the discharge port to control the discharge particle size, and the material that does not meet the standard continues to be crushed in a cycle.
Drive device: The spiral shaft is usually driven to rotate by a motor through a belt or a reducer.
3. Applicable materials: Suitable for crushing dry materials with low to medium hardness and moisture content <15%, such as corn, feed, coal, fertilizer, chemical particles, etc. It can also be used for the treatment of cloth, plastic products, such as waste cloth, plastic film, woven bags and other solid waste.
4. Equipment advantages: simple structure, easy maintenance; continuous operation, high efficiency; particle size can be controlled to a certain extent by adjusting the spiral speed; some spiral crushers have the characteristics of low noise, less dust, fine and uniform crushing.
